Dell Vostro 3450
8 Gb RAM
Trying to install to 10 Gb partition. Installer says it needs 8.6 Gb. Then it proceeds to creating an 8 Gb swap file and tries to create / on the remaining 2 Gb. Installing to custom partition schema does the work.
