I had lots of package held errors in /var/log/dist-upgrade/apt.log
surrounding kdevelop. Am upgrading from 10.04->10.10->11.04->11.10.
After I did "sudo apt-get purge kdevelop", I am able to continue.

Bug description:
  This machine; Dell inspiron 560 MT  Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400
  Memory;4GB DDR3
  Graphics:512MB Nvidia GeForce G310  Driver update to nvidia-current-256.44
  Dell screen: ST2010 1600x900

  Attachment included: /var/log/dist-upgrade/

  Key (error): Could not calculate the upgrade
  An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
  E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.
   This can be caused by:
   * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
   * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu
  If none of this applies, then please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bug report.
