Sorry, but this does not describe an actionable bug in Ubuntu. There are
many factors that may contribute to a longer boot time; we are actively
working on improving this for 12.04, but a bug report saying that boot
is slower doesn't help. Closing this report as invalid.

Bug description:
1) i have been using 11.04 from the start, shutdown time was 3secs, but now shut down time is 13 to 14sec
2) start up time is increased by about 10 sec, i didnt do fresh install of 11.10, but upgrade from 11.04
