Title:
Add support for creating NTFS partitions

Status in “parted” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
On the Ubuntu installer, when I created partitions, I noticed you could create
ext2, ext3, reiserfs, swap, FAT16, FAT32, and more - but not NTFS partitions.
This seems like a partition type that should be creatable within the installer
(as it is commonly used on Windows) - could it be added in the future?
