[Bug 1089749] [NEW] Spinbox for setting partition size in installer doesn't accept keystrokes

Public bug reported:

When setting the size of a new partition when trying to create a manual
partition setup in the Ubiquity installer, the spinbox does not respond
to keystrokes.

This makes setting a partition that doesn't use the whole disk painful.
Found in 12.10 release version.
