Title:
Don't mark for removal manually installed packages

Status in “computer-janitor” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: computer-janitor

Since my old kernels weren't being removed properly with apt-get
autoremove, i've tried using computer janitor.

It does see them and will remove them but then i noticed it marked
alot of other packages as being "unused".

One of these is the package vim-full, which i explicitly installed
from the command-line (more then a year ago).

  Ian
