Hi - was hardware - I've seen it on dailies since.

I can try and see which dailies I reported it against via the iso
tracker - but the chances are I stopped even bothering to report it
against them.

Bit hard to know at the time if ubuntu-bug ubiquity would be of any use
as the bug doesn't appear until after you've finished and told the
installer so and it's started to restart ...

Bug description:
  Install completes successfully. Restart.

  Never asks to remove installation medium and waits.

  Reset/hard reboot required to proceed.
