Title:
plymouthd crashed with SIGSEGV in _int_free()

Status in “plymouth” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: plymouth

  I did '~$ sudo update-manager -d'. After rebboting I could not start
the 2.6.32-20-generic kernel. Nor the 2.6.32-20-generic recovery mode
kernel. After a new reboot to 2.6.31-20 this kernel started all right,
but I obtained the error message reported.
