Bug description:
  I was installing Ubuntu 11.10 to a system where i used unetbootin to
  make a entry for the .iso and then installed to the higlighted
  partition (http://i.imgur.com/TwczT.png) with swap on the left . this
  system already has ubuntu 11.04 installed.
