Sorry, I don't understand why this is a problem. It has never been
possible to navigate from "Accessories" to "System" in one click. It has
always required two clicks, and it still does.

If you think the list of categories should be shown in the category
screen, do you think it should be shown in the software item screen too?
Why or why not?

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10
  Software Centre 4.1.21

  Category sidebar is only available on main page. Any subsequent page
  shows only content with no navigation. To navigate you must use back
  or forward buttons.

  No way to go directly from 'Accessories' category to 'System' for
  example. You must first click 'back', or 'All Software' to reveal the
  categories sidebar again. As per attached screenshot
