Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.

To attach the log files in /var/log/dist-upgrade click on "Add attachment or patch" at the bottom of this window, and this will
allow you to navigate (Filesystem -> var -> log -> dist-upgrade) to the the folder where you can find the logs. Please attach at least "main.log" and "apt.log", this may help the developers figure out what went wrong with your update.

Bug description:
  How do I get to /var/logs to attach the log files?  You guys have made
  it impossible to actually browse my system directories.   You say
  /var/log but how do I get there other than using the terminal?  You
  guys should have something similar to Windows explorer.
