  Oneiric: All install buttons are grayed out

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  Software Center in oneiric thinks the network is never up, so grays
  out all the install/buy buttons.

  NetworkManager 0.9 (now in oneiric) changed it's status enumeration.
  It used to be 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.  Now it's 20, 30, 40, 50, etc.

  You'll need to update the code to watch for either kind of status.
  I'll upload a branch soon.
