[Bug 791333] [NEW] Oneiric: All install buttons are grayed out

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

Software Center in oneiric thinks the network is never up, so grays out
all the install/buy buttons.

NetworkManager 0.9 (now in oneiric) changed it's status enumeration.  It
used to be 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.  Now it's 20, 30, 40, 50, etc.

You'll need to update the code to watch for either kind of status.  I'll
upload a branch soon.
