Title:
ubiquity crashed with AttributeError in configure_bootloader()

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

I've tried installing Ubuntu 10.04.1 twice now, once from the live cd
'Try Ubuntu' desktop, and once from the menu you get when you boot the
cd. Both times the installation crashed back to the live cd desktop
(user: ubuntu) when it was about to log in to Ubuntu for the first
time, and both times I got asked to file a crash report for ubiquity.

The language setting was Dutch (Nederlands) and I've read in another
bug, from early spring (sorry, I can recall which one), when 10.04 was
still in beta, that could cause the installer to crash, so now I'll
  try installing it in English.
