Title:
Unable to mount NTFS partitions after FUSE upgrade.

Status in “fuse” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi !

  After upgrading FUSE ( libfuse2 + fuse-utils binary packages ) from
version 2.8.4-1ubuntu1 to version 2.8.4-1ubuntu1.3 , I can no longer
mount NTFS partitions either manually or automatically. Another
consequence of this is the "update-grub" command does no longer create
an entry for my Windows OS.

Trying manually to mount such a partition using the "mount" command,
either specifying "-t ntfs-3g" or not, leads to a failure with error
code = 21 (decimal return code of "mount"). REVERTING FUSE to version
2.8.4-1ubuntu1 solves the problem completely. I always use the same
  ntfs-3g version 1:2010.8.8-0ubuntu1 .

  Any idea ?

  Sincerely,
  Valentin QUEQUET
