Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  Downloading is REDICULOUSLY slow. Example, it took 20 minutes just to download and install Gwenview. It's not my internet, I have a fast internet connection at 150mb a second.
  I am running a fresh install of Ubuntu 11.04.
  On my previous Ubuntu 10.10, I had gwenview or any other program downloaded within seconds. Everything I've installed so far on 11.04 has taken minutes length.
