[Bug 811372] [NEW] Checking for updates from a quicklist shouldn't spawn a new window

Public bug reported:

The unity support from the launcher with the download progress is quite
slick, especially the ability to just right click on the launcher and
select "Check for Updates".

However when I do this from the quicklist the normal update-manager
progress bar window pops up on the desktop. It'd be slicker instead if
when I choose to update from a quicklist that the launcher icon progress
bar kicks in instead of popping up a new main window on the desktop that
I need to minimize.

** Affects: update-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Wishlist
         Status: New

** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Wishlist
