Setting this to Invalid, as we don't have the Starting update manager dialog anymore, the progress bar has been integrated into the main window.

Title:
"Starting update manager" progress dialogue violates HIG

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

I notice that the progress window which says "Starting update manager"
when you start Update Manager has no window title. The GNOME HIG
states [0] that progress windows need a title which is the same as the
primary text, which in this case is "Starting update manager".
