[Bug 609766] Re: /usr/bin/asoundconf doesn't exist in Karmic+

I'm not sure if any other distro still ships asoundconf, so for now I
just added an if statement to make sure it exists before calling it.

We can probably avoid shipping the file on Ubuntu but I'd like to avoid
creating unnecessary delta with Debian and upstream.

Title:
  /usr/bin/asoundconf doesn't exist in Karmic+

Status in Linux Terminal Server Project:
  Fix Committed
Status in “ltsp” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
In server/80_ltsp-sound (which gets installed in /etc/X11/Xsession.d/80_ltsp-sound), a call to
    /usr/bin/asoundconf set-pulseaudio
is made, but asoundconf isn't installed by default since Karmic.

Maybe that script should be completely removed now?
Or, at the very least, a check should be made so that asoundconf is called only if it exists.
