Confirmed.  The upgrade process automatically reverses if the network
connection is broken for more than, roughly, 20 seconds.

  2. Follow wizard until Getting New packages starts to download the new packages

  2. If yes, restart the upgrade process at Getting New Packages

  As it take quite a long time before packages start to get download, it
  is painful to have to restart the upgrade is network is temporarily
  lost.
