Title:
Update Manager should pre-emptively warn of reboots

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Opinion

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager-core

Some updates require a reboot when they're done. It would be nice if
Update Manager could let the user know if this is the case before
updates are applied rather than after (as is the case now).

By way of comparison, the Apple Software update has this feature.
