Title:
Direct LTS Upgrade from Dapper to Hardy Fails

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager-core

I am attempting to upgrade my server from Dapper (6.06.2 LTS) to
Hardy, but get an error that it "Could not calculate the upgrade".

I am following instructions provided here: http://ubuntu-
  tutorials.com/2008/04/03/dapper-to-hardy-direct-server-upgrade-works/
(except that the -d switch for do-release-upgrade is still required).

I am attaching the output of the script and the log files.
