[Bug 900427] Re: cannot update Ubuntu 10.04

I was trying to update Ubuntu 10.04.

I pressed Alt+F2 and then I wrote update-manager -d

Then it appeared on the screen "the new version Ubuntu 12.04 is
available,"

And during the instalation an error message appears:

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generó cortes, esto puede haber sido causado por paquetes retenidos.

 This can be caused by:
 * Upgrading to a pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Running the current pre-release version of Ubuntu
 * Unofficial software packages not provided by Ubuntu

The part in Spanish says more or less that it can be caused by "held
packages" or something like that
