Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  The window that Update Manager shows when an error happens is not
  resizable, which makes it very hard to read the error message.  See
  attached screenshot.

  (Thankfully, copy & paste works, so I can paste the output into a text
  editor and see it.)
