[Bug 822725] [NEW] [oneiric] failure to authenticate locks up update-manager

Public bug reported:

1. Open Update Manager, ideally when there are updates available for install
2. Click Install Updates.
3. A polkit password prompt will appear. Type in the wrong password and hit enter.
4. update-manger freezes and this message shows is run from the terminal:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/defer/__init__.py", line 472, in _inline_callbacks
    result = gen.throw(result.type, result.value, result.traceback)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/aptdaemon/gtk3widgets.py", line 644, in _run
    yield self._transaction.run()
aptdaemon.errors.NotAuthorizedError: org.freedesktop.PolicyKit.Error.NotAuthorized: ('system-bus-name', {'name':  ':1.54'}): org.debian.apt.install-or-remove-packages

Alternatively, you can just hit cancel in step 3 as it will also lead to
step 4.
