Hi Tomothy

Thanks for your response. I do realise that you need the two files but I 
could not find information as to how to send the files. Perhaps the 
information you have supplied in your email could be added to the 'bug' 
page so that you would not be bothered by similar requests.

You may mark this as closed. I did another install and it worked - go 
figure.

Bug description:
  How on earth do I include the two files you need??

  Better instructions would be advantageous to those not fluent in
  computer geek.
