how activate my pen drive

Default section of my lts.conf:

[default]
    X_COLOR_DEPTH=16
    LOCALDEV=True
    SOUND=False
    NBD_SWAP=True
    SYSLOG_HOST=server
    XKBLAYOUT=en
    LOCAL_STORAGE=Y

The command
cat /etc/group |grep fuse
shows all of my users.

I'm stumped.
