Problem with VPN connection (PPTP) to Internet-provider

I  tried this way too.
I entered all this data in right places in network manager. Then i
choose ic (my connection) in VPN submenu, and i see the form where i
should enter my login and password. I enter this data, but no
reaction! I tried to restart network manager, but result is same.
