Forgot to mention you need to setup a new user called
then login to this user and run vncpasswd
then (as this new user) just run vnc4server to create the ~/.vnc/xstartup file
now uncomment the first two lines of xstartup file so it starts in
full desktop mode. Then kill the created Xvnc process as it was just
so we could edit xstartup.
vncuser is the user that will start the vncserver. In k12ltsp xinetd
had user nobody start the vncserver but this is not default behavior
