How do I install the server add-on cd?

Hello,

I just finished installing feisty workstation and inserted the add-on cd and
the "add-on volume detected" GUI does not appear.

I looked at the edubuntu online handbook and it shows a few screen shots
that do not appear for me <

A file browser appears but I cannot seem to find how to kick off the
install.  When I launch add/remove it does not not seem to detect the apps
on the second cd, it is just a standard synaptec GUI...
