Scott,

Thank you for the post. You've said all that I wanted and even more.
Since I posted 'My Negative Gutsy Experience' my experience became
more negative. Although some problems solved other problems arise.
And I haven't put the system into production yet.

I would get rid of at least half of my problems if I don't need
Russian as well as English.
Most of all I experience a lack of administration tool to setup
mandatory user environment. Sabayon sucks along with Pessulus,
developers are engaged in something interesting them not users,
I think.

Gnome suffers from multiple user's logins as well as Firefox.
There is 'Disable multiple logins for a single user' checkbox in
Login Window Preferences, but it doesn't work.
Gnome-watchdog is a great tool but it's a workaround.
The bug (#83835) was reported 2002-06-01 - FIVE years ago!

I've posted a recent bug in 2007-12-04
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=501543) -
no reply, no assignment.

What is the sense to be more active if developers don't
hear our questions?

Hopefully...
