Hi David
I installed Sabayon and had issues to login. Previously Scott wrote,
that */usr/sbin/sabayon-apply || true* (see below) should help to
solve the issue.
I did that, and the login was working again.
Anyway, I didn't had the time to do further configuration on Sabayon.
