Installing a 32-bit program on a 643-bit machine

I asked about this before and did not receive a reply that helped.  I
have an AMD64 server running 7.04.  I tried to install Squeak and
received an error about not being able to install it.  How do I run a
32-bit program on a 64-bit machine?  Or, can I install the Squeak
program on my client machines (they are all i386 machines)?
