printers on thin clients

note that cups adds quite some overhead to ltsp, so the minimal
requirements would raise with it installed in the chroot, we discussed
the printer stuff at the ltsp hackfest in detroit this week and i will
write the necessary fix to make the already included start_printers
script work with ubuntus ltsp in edgy, next week after i return.
