LTSP password changes fail

Yeah, that indeed won't work until LTSP upstream does the much
anticipated move to libnss-ssh and libpam-sshauth.

Until then your best bet is to create some kind of small GUI program on
the server and run it with ltsp-remoteapps from the client.
This requires REMOTE_APPS to be set to true in lts.conf.

Then you can use something like: ltsp-remoteapps "xterm -e 'passwd'"
