ignore unknown mac addresses via dnsmasq

The dnsmasq setup works quite well, but for some reason (probably my
lack of understanding the conf) I am unable to exclude unknown MAC
addresses. That's the only glitch I have to overcome. I can go back to
dhcp, but I've already gone down the dnsmasq route...will research it
some more.
