cleaning up ~edubuntu-member applications

Hi all,

Should we perhaps have an Edubuntu Council meeting this week
specifically to go through the giant backlog of applications? Also, at
least 1 "real" person (alkisg) has applied so we can review that
application. I'm feeling like one of the things we need to do to grow
our community is to be efficient in handling membership applications.
Thoughts? I was thinking we could either do it this Friday (is the
meeting still on?) or whenever is convenient for the EC and alkisg
(and other applicants).
