ltsp-cluster, 64 server, can't access to the web admin

I can't access to the web admin - I can't fix LDM_SERVER = %LOADBALANCER%
- I can login to the TC from F1, but there is no LDM.

Everything else should be in right places. This s now my fourth test
installation, other three ones went all well.
