Meetings should show up on the Ubuntu calendar:

I guess that should be http://www.ubuntu.com/community/processes/newmember

I'm not sure if one is currently scheduled. The Edubuntu Council needs
to be around for membership approval.

You need to be able to demonstrate a significant and sustained
contribution to Edubuntu. As a very general rule of thumb, "sustained"
means least 2 or so months of heavy contribution. Though contributions
are expected to be "significant", they may be made in any area of
Edubuntu, such as documentation, artwork, advocacy, and user support.
It just needs to be documented somewhere (preferably on the users wiki
page).

Generally the Edubuntu Council will review any application where the
applicant attends the meeting.
> - agenda: can I put wiki cleanup on the agenda? who can? who wants to?
You can. Anybody can add and item. It should be descriptive and if
it's a proposal link to the proposal. Also it's nice if you put your
name by the agenda item so people know who it belongs to.

The meetings are an important part of the Edubuntu community, but
people's schedules make things difficult and we haven't gotten back
into a regular meeting schedule (we used to do alternating 12:00/20:00
UTC on Wednesdays).
