Cookbook: Docbook vs. LaTeX

Here is why I recommend docbook. Quite simply, the Ubuntu Doc already
has extensive experience with it and already has an SVN repo up. All
of our build tools are build for docbook.

So here is what I see:
1. Edubuntu use the Ubuntu doc teams SVN repo. It already exists and
Ubuntu, Kubuntu and Xubuntu docs are their already
2. Edubunt use docbook, due to being able to bootstrap with the Ubuntu stuff.
