DVD is too much for Bolivia

We have the same problem in Belize, that many computers don't have DVD 
readers/writers.  My suggestion: get one, at least, per school lab.

Bandwidth here is very expensive ... DVD players, even DVD recorders, 
are very inexpensive.  If you can put a DVD-RW in your best computer, 
and use it as a server/workstation, then you can update all your other 
computers from that one.

It is the people who have limited bandwidth who most need DVD access.
