Great, then you may be interested to learn that we are currently also working
on the second edition of the tuXlab Cookbook. I mention this because it is
the root from which the Edubuntu Handbook is derived and because the topics
you touch on are destined to be covered.
Aligned with this, yourself and others on the list may find an I wrote for
"Linux for You" of interest. You can find the article in the downloads
section of our website I think this article will give you an idea of how
tuXlab seeks to position itself going forward, As a Distro neutral
recommendation upon which schools can standardize.

We would be interest in any collaboration that will further the aims of the
tuXlab project and that would be of benefit to schools wishing to implement a
computer center based on the tuXlab recommendations. Again, all are distros
welcome.
Most certainly a syllabus for teaching tuXlab school teachers and volunteers
about Edubuntu will be of additional value and should get mention in the
second edition of tuXlab Cookbook. If such courseware is under open license
then there may be opportunities for other distributions to play a role in
developing based on your syllabus, only tailored to there distro.
Can you post your project URL? I would like to take a look and see if we can
help in some nice way.
