Hi Edubuntu team!

We need to get cracking on a high-quality default theme for Edubuntu.

I might have a small theme finished based on the blackboard theme that's
currently on our Wallpaper Preview Examples page. If it's done by the
end of the day, I'll upload it and you can give comments.
