Is there a live CD? And is it possible to create one with a specific language?

I'm new in Edubuntu... then what's UbuntuExpress? And will it be 
possible to create customized LiveCDs with a specific language with new 
versions of Ubuntu/Edubuntu?

I'll provide a FTP area for the ISO when you finish to create the LiveCD 
ptBR, ok? I'll send you an user/pass for this.
