Hi all,
This is very delayed, but I was out of town for so much of June that
some messages fell through the cracks...
For your review and comment.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction to help. I believe that I may be able to provide some assistance in the training/marketing aspect of Ubuntu/Edubuntu. I am currently providing free software training for schools, but the training videos that I create require a screen recording application like Camtasia or Snapz Pro. These programs record screen video and audio at the same time.
I would love to create some training to help in the Ubuntu project, but am not aware of any software available like this for Linux. If there is none, I am sure that I could come up with some other methods, but I think it would be wise to begin a project to create such a program because of the excellent training videos that you can create. I can however begin creating training videos for applications such as OpenOffice and the Gimp, provided that the version for Windows is similar enough to the one that will be used in Ubuntu. Do you know of a screen recording application such as the one I described for Linux?

Chris Coldwell
