Core Developer Application - Chris Peterson

Hi all,

I'd like to apply for Ubuntu Core Developer. I picked the DMB meeting of
2024-11-25. Although, would it be alright to be a tentative second on the
2024-09-30 meeting if time permits? As I understand it the one application
per meeting rule is to make sure applications get enough time, but I'd be
okay if mine slips that day.
