Thanks alot! It is my understanding that PPU implies Ubuntu membership, and
I have a desire to make use of an @ubuntu.com email address for my upstream
contributions.

However, when reviewing my Launchpad memberships, I am currently not a
member of the ~ubuntumembers team.

How would I proceed to become a member?

My launchpad ID is `fnordahl`.
