Hello Thomas,

I was granted an exception to list my name for today, in case there's
time to get to mine, which didn't happen.  Per Seb and Robie, I've now
moved my application to the next meeting, 2023-03-20, carrying over my
exception, in case there's time for me after the first applicant.
