Amin:

The date you selected now (3-20) is already filled with an applicant, and we cannot accommodate two applicants on the same date.

It is not **per category** it is **per applicant** regardless of category.  The dates you CANNOT choose are as follows:
 - March 20, 2023
 - April 3, 2023
 - April 17, 2023

... as **all three of those dates** already have applicants scheduled.

Please pick a different meeting date.

You did not change yourself from the schedule for today, and we already have one applicant being processed today.  The likelihood this late in the meeting time today we get to you is near zero.

Please either change your date of choice and pick a day that the DMB is NOT scheduled to already process someone's application, or the DMB will be happy to arbitrarily assign a date to you (or remove you from the schedule).

Thanks Amin,

To clarify the agenda point, since we current have quite some backlog of applicants and there is chance the review will be shorter for ppu/contributing dev the DMB members agreed that we would try to review Amin's application in the next meeting if there is enough time left after the first candidate (half of the meeting)
