Request for xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt to be added to the Lubuntu packageset

Thank you for reaching out. Whilst it may look straightforward (and I
am a +1), I'd like others to chip in as well and have consensus before
I add the said package to the packageset. We have a DMB meeting on the
6th, I'll add this as an agenda for that.
